Do you work on other brands of water systems?
Yes we do, with over 28 years of experience we have gained a vast knowledge of numerous systems in the field. Parts and availability may be limited depending on the make and model.
How does a water softener work and what are the benefits?
Does a reverse osmosis system have to be installed under my sink and can I hook it up to my fridge?
If your basement ceiling is undeveloped, it can be installed in the basement with a line run up to the RO faucet.
Yes, it can be hooked up to your fridge to supply you with cold, filtered water and clear ice cubes. If you do not have a fridge with a water dispenser and would like chilled water, ask about our bottle-less water coolers or a chiller.
How often should I change my filters on my reverse osmosis system?
Depending on the water quality of your incoming water supply, once a year is normally the case. We offer annual reminders with the option of DIY or in-home service.
How often does a lamp in an ultraviolet sterilizer need to be changed?
It should be changed annually because after 365 days, the intensity level it delivers starts to diminish. You can’t be assured protection from unwanted pathogens at this point. Newer systems will provide an alarm when a change is due or we can provide an annual reminder and service for you.
What do I do if my water softener is leaking or won’t stop running?
Bypass the system to stop the water from passing through by either turning the dials or pushing in the plunger at the back of your system. Unplug the unit and call to arrange a service call.
